DescriptionComprising minutes of meetings of the General Committee and Annual General Meetings of the Crichton Royal Club. There are manuscript minutes and printed extracts about the meetings from the hospital magazines, the New Moon and The Crichtonian. Reports submitted by individual clubs annually are also included which give details of the club's activities and the state of their funds. As the Crichton Royal Club was also responsible for the organisation of Annual Sports Days, there are also minutes of meetings of the Sports Committee and reports about the events.

Material removed from an envelope attached to the inside cover of this volume comprises:
1) Notice by Dr C. C. Easterbrook for an inaugural meeting about the formation and constitution of the proposed Crichton Royal Club, to take place in Hannahfield Hall on Wednesday 29 October 1930, dated 24 October 1930
2) Three drafts, with amendments, of the Constitution and Rules of the Crichton Royal Club that were approved and adopted at the inaugural meeting
3) Three letters to and from Dr C. C. Easterbrook and Arthur T. Wilson Esq., Honorary Secretary of R.O.D Pipe Band, regarding the provision of music by R.O.D. Pipe Band at the Annual Sports event at Crichton Royal Hospital, 21 March 1936, 31 March 1936, 2 April 1936
