DescriptionSigned minutes of monthly and Annual General Meetings of Board of Directors, which contain minutes of meetings of Committees including Finance, House, Farm, Works, Motor Vehicles, Stables and Garage, and Gardens. Also included in volume are lists of staff in the works, stores, stables and garages departments getting an increase in weekly wages from June 1919 and Standing Orders of the Board of Direction, 1920. At the rear of the volume there is a draft scheme for suggested Conciliation Committees and Arbitration Board for Managers and Staffs of Scottish Royal Asylums; a report of inspection of Service Patients in Crichton Royal Institution by the Ministry of Pensions, 1921; a report from the Firemaster of Edinburgh on fire extinguishing arrangements at the Institution; and a report by Sir George Watt, Convenor of the Gardens Committee, on the position of a scheme for alterations of garden arrangements.
