Size: 52.8 x 41.5
Inscription reads, 'Mr. Grieve', 'from due North wind seldomst blows so little danger of black sheep from being nourished on soot and sulphur grass in CRI yards'; on reverse, 'Plan of an Asylum by a Theomaniac'.
On the front of the drawing there are manuscript notes giving accommodation and building details and on the reverse there is a description of the plan .
