Correspondence is from the Education Authority for Dumfriesshire, the County Clerk for Dumfries, the Crichton Royal Institution and the Landward School Board and concerns the drainage at Brownhall School, a request to the Directors of Crichton Royal Institution to use the garden ground at Brownhall School, the granting of water supply and sewage facilities and the discussions over a suitable agreement regarding water supply.
