Easterbrook on a loose postcard inserted into the volume states that this was one of Dr W. A. F. Browne's personal copies of his reports. Also included are the printed announcement of the opening of the Institution, on 3rd June 1839; a copy of the Institution Regulations, 1839; a copy of additional 'Instructions' to officials; a copy of Alterations upon the Regulation, 1840; and a copy of the CRI Act 1840.
