DescriptionVolumes containing minutes of the monthly and annual general meetings of the Board of Direction and House, Farm, Works, Lunacy Administration and Finance Committees. There is a large amount of additional material in each volume, including drafts and final copies of special reports, memoranda and agreements, much of which relates to staff management and the development of the hospital buildings and grounds. Also included are inspection reports by the Commissioners of the General Board of Lunacy and Board of Control, 1908-1936; Abstracts of Accounts, 1908-1937; hospital brochures for each year (except 1926) showings rates of board and with annotations by Dr C. C. Easterbrook; and correspondence. Volumes are not indexed.
